Key responsibilities

  • Looking at clients and publishers/vendors reports on regular basis and taking out meaningful insights to help respective teams i.e. Account managers and delivery/Vendor management team
  • Preparation of report formats for different purposes i.e. internal MIS creation, Sales planning, Vendor reconciliation and to measure different teams’ productivity
  • Create a process to manage and measures KRAs of different teams in quantifiable terms
  • Ensuring Automation of reports and timeliness of reporting
  • Co-ordination with different teams and making them accountable to meet the TATs defined across different projects
  • Managing CRM for different tasks

Skill sets needed

  • MS Excel/ VBA/ Access
  • MS PowerPoint
  • Have used one of the SaaS platforms for marketing/ CRMs
  • Keen understanding of new customer acquisition platforms, and tools
  • Team management, multi-tasking and structured thinking
  • Ability to thrive in the fast-growing environment
  • Understanding to marketing mix used for digital and eCommerce clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have spent at least 3 years in Consulting/ Analytics background with client facing roles
