Job Role:

This role is predominantly an execution-oriented role, performed in consultation with the Ad Ops Manager/Campaign Delivery Manager:

  • Driving performance marketing via Display Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ad Words, PPC, Media Buying and SEO/SEM
  • Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
  • Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
  • Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance
  • Build and optimize marketing assets such as landing pages, copy, and others
  • Analyse the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • Testing and optimising marketing tactics that boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Working with third party agency/networks for banner or video ads or brand integration or influencer marketing

Key success metrics:

  • KPI targets met for each client
  • Savings across media buying and optimization of campaigns and ultimate improvement in company revenue

Key Skills:

  • 1-2+ years proven working experience in digital marketing in either agency or performance marketing industry
  • Own performance marketing campaigns across channels which includes but not limited to paid search, display, paid social, affiliate, and native ads
  • Set up and optimize campaigns across channels, in consultation with the Ad Ops Manager
  • Work with the Ad Ops Manager/Campaign Deliver manager to optimize campaign performance (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
  • Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding of CPI/ CPA / CPL/ CPR/ CPV/ CPS models
