Job Role:

The role is split into campaign management, strategy, analytics, knowledge/upskilling, and collaboration with team:

  • Develop and foster strong relationships with media partners and publishers
  • Manage client accounts; be one point of contact for campaign deliveries across Facebook, Search and publishers
  • Provide recommendations around campaign structuring, targeting across Search, display, remarketing, and affiliate programs in accordance with revenue goals
  • Responsible for media buying strategy, and directing the media team to optimizing buys
  • Successfully plan strategy for campaigns and have the paid media team execute these strategies
  • Analyze paid campaigns, develop insights from the entire marketing funnel data and identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage campaigns including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, and optimization
  • Deliver performance campaigns (CPA/CPI/ CPS/ CPL etc) for clients.
  • Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, publishers and optimize campaigns
  • Optimize campaigns to ensure all the KPIs are met and provide services beyond scope of the campaign to ensure quality and recurring business
  • Have the MIS team generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
  • Develop a system for performance analysis and update the leadership on performance on daily basis
  • Review the team’s performance and suggest areas of improvement for better performance.
  • Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners
  • Introduce new technologies for efficient operations, and improve overall efficiency of dollars spent
  • Ensure all ROI and sales targets are met across all channels
  • Ensure the media team is updated consistently to ensure improved performance measures

Key success metrics:

  • KPI targets met for each client
  • Savings across media buying and optimization of campaigns and ultimate improvement in company revenue
  • Upskilling team in tools and skills across the digital ecosystem
  • Improved partnerships with networks, affiliates, publishers, and clients

Key Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience in managing delivery of performance marketing campaigns
  • Thorough understanding of CPI/ CPA / CPL/ CPR/ CPV/ CPS models.
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills
  • Proficient at Excel, pivot table analysis and writing macros
  • Good account management skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to work closely with internal teams
  • Candidate should be comfortable working with new optimization tools such as Moengage, Supermetrics, etc
  • Great leadership, and team management skills
